Full-body workout beginning with instruction on proper breathing techniques, correct posture, and getting to know your way around the reformer. If you’re new to pilates reformer, the Sparks class is for you. In the first part of this class, you’ll “get to know” the reformer apparatus. You’ll also learn efficient breathing techniques such as lateral breath and co-contraction, and practice correct posture for working on the reformer. For the rest of the class, you’ll get to continually use these techniques to get a full-body workout. You'll immediately begin to feel positive changes within your body, including a greater mind-body connection. Within 2-3 sessions, you’ll begin to find your groove and crave more.
We understand that life happens, and you may not be able to make a class that you have scheduled. We value your time, and ask you to respect ours as well. If you book a session and need to cancel you can do so free of charge as long as you notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled time (this allows us to also notify individuals on the waitlist who may want to take your spot!) You can then reschedule your session for a later date. If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled session there will be no refunds issued and you will be billed as if you attended the class.
