Breathwork is an essential practice for your wellness toolbox. These powerful techniques work to release stress and anxiety and elevate your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual states. Most people have shallow breath or primarily breathe through their mouths. This results in a lack of oxygen into the brain and cells, creating cellular inflammation. Each breathwork session increases oxygenation and repair in the cells, generating resilience in the body. Breathwork helps declutter and clear out stagnation in the body, forging clearer pathways within. Think calm, cool and collected. Less jitters and racing thoughts. Nature's anxiety RX that resides within your own being. Every breathwork session allows you to tap into a deeper layer of peace and clarity in heart and mind, cultivating a more whole and authentic experience of life overall. It's time to shed the tension. Return to focus and mental clarity. This is your opportunity to take ownership for your resilience and wellbeing. This experience will begin by going over the mechanics of “coherent” breath, or proper breathing for everyday life. With a deep and holistic view into what’s going on when we breathe like this, why are we breathing in certain ways and how to get the most out of our practice. This session will be a powerful 3 part breathwork practice followed by a body scan and meditation to deepen the benefits of our practice.

Cancelation Policy
We understand that life happens, and you may not be able to make a class that you have scheduled. We value your time, and ask you to respect ours as well. If you book a session and need to cancel you can do so free of charge as long as you notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time (this allows us to also notify individuals on the waitlist who may want to take your spot!) You can then reschedule your session for a later date. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session there will be no refunds issued and you will be billed as if you attended the class.
