Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens, and you may not be able to make a class that you have scheduled. We value your time, and ask you to respect ours as well. If you book a session and need to cancel you can do so free of charge as long as you notify us at least 12 hours before your scheduled time (this allows us to also notify individuals on the waitlist who may want to take your spot!) You can then reschedule your session for a later date.

If you cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled session there will be no refunds issued and you will be billed as if you attended the class. 


Full-body workout beginning with instruction on proper breathing techniques, correct posture, and getting to know your way around the reformer.

If you’re new to pilates reformer, the Sparks class is for you. In the first part of this class, you’ll “get to know” the reformer apparatus. You’ll also learn efficient breathing techniques such as lateral breath and co-contraction, and practice correct posture for working on the reformer. For the rest of the class, you’ll get to continually use these techniques to get a full-body workout. 


You'll immediately begin to feel positive changes within your body, including a greater mind-body connection. Within 2-3 sessions, you’ll begin to find your groove and crave more.

Original Gangsta aka the OG Sparks!

Perfect for first timers + golden-agers alike, this beginner class will move at a slower + gentler pace while still getting nice and juicy.

live wires

Full-body flow without any introduction to form or breathwork.

Once you’re comfortable at the Sparks level, you’ll move on to Live Wires, our signature offering. This class is a straightforward flow full of fun challenges to work your entire body. We will also include props, such as Maple poles, magic circles, jump boards, and more to add new dimensions and deepen your practice.

This class was originally going be named "Boozebox," but I was talked out of it! We know what goes down on Wednesday nights around here, so keep the party going with Lauren and her killer playlists! If anything, come for the MOONBEAM TOWEL. (IYKYK)

cardio is hardio

Cardio is hardio. We know. But we make it fun AF so you'll almost forget that you're dying. (Your body may feel like jello on the way out. You've been warned.)

Expect to use the reformer in unexpected ways. Getting your heart rate up on a reformer isn't always spelled j•u•m•p•b•o•a•r•d but sometimes it is! Have fun with it (and don't forget your water bottle!)

High Voltage, our most advanced class, is for strong intermediates who are ready for a new challenge. This class builds on Live Wires, offering a full-body flow with quicker transitions and more involved, choreographed sequences. Because this is our most advanced class, participants must have a very strong understanding of their body mechanics and pilates reformer before moving on to High Voltage.

Prices Vary

Attendees are encouraged to wear loose, comfortable clothing and limit caffeine intake prior. Due to pandemic concerns, attendees are encouraged to bring their own mat/chair to create a comfortable resting spot for the session. All attendees are encouraged to bring a blanket, and any other items to help you feel comfortable and maximize your experience (pillows, eye cover, meditation crystal, etc)

In our world full of stress and challenges, it's important that we each find time and space to relax and utilize practices to help bring our WHOLE BEING into harmony and balance. The ancient practice of using harmonic Sound is showing itself to be a powerful antidote to stress and anxiety in today's modern world. Sound interacts with us on all levels - physical, mental, emotional, spiritual - and can help our whole being return to a state of harmony and balance.

Each SOUND BATH experience includes guided relaxation followed by an hour of harmonic tones from various instruments filling the atmosphere before being guided back to waking consciousness. Time to ground, reflect, and ask questions about the experience will be offered before concluding the session.


No prior experience is needed.
These sessions are geared to aid those not experienced with meditation, as well as offer an opportunity for deep meditation to experienced practitioners.
